The manufacturing facilities of Polar Pharmaceutical Corporation are being constructed at Cerkezkoy Industrial Zone which have high production capacity and yield as well as energy efficiency, and low emission.
Our facility is going to be the first in Turkey to implement a high contamination carrying capability that allow maximum protection. Polar’s facility is designed to be a compact manufacturing plant to the extent that cGMP and cGLP standards will be met in all aspects of the production process with seamless integration that enables us to maintain effective hygiene and quality while drammatically reducing lead-times.
Through building automation systems, our facility will be monitored 24/7 and with the latest technology HVAC systems our plant will be optimized for the best temperature, humidity, pressure, and particle quantity measurements.
Polar’s facility will be available for process to manufacture following forms of products;
